What kind of properties do you offer for rent?
We offer both office workspaces and production shops. They can also be combined.

What about parking lots?
Of course, parking lots are included in the rent. The quantity will depend on your needs as well as on the total surface you will be renting.
Can I easily commute to the industry plant with public traffic?
Of course! The bus stop “Turbensaal Bellach” is in walking distance from the industry plant. It will connect you with Solothurn main station, with direct connections to Zurich, Geneva, Bern, and oder major Swiss cities.

How much is the rent for the properties?

What's actually included in the rent?
The monthly rent also covers the utilities (water, general maintenance etc.)
Electricity however will be charged separately – depending on the rental object either directly by BKW or by us with a private electricity meter.
Do you also offer internet connectivity?
All of our rental objects are equipped with optical fiber cables. However, to get internet access, we kindly ask you to get a contract with a local provider. We recommend GA Weissenstein.
